The Doctoral Program in Educational Research and Evaluation (S3 PEP), as part of the Graduate School of Yogyakarta State University (PPs UNY), reaffirms its commitment to continuously serve the wider community. With full awareness and genuine dedication, S3 PEP actively contributes its academic expertise for the benefit of society.

On August 3, 2022, the S3 PEP program, accompanied by a team from PPs UNY, conducted a community service activity in Tinalah Village, Kulon Progo. In the spirit of collaborative learning, the program aimed to facilitate a workshop on the development of web-based assessment instruments for measuring attitudinal and cognitive domains among elementary school teachers.

The target participants were elementary school teachers from the Tinalah Village area. The activity was designed with diverse components—not only theoretical materials and practical sessions but also assignments for participants. The high enthusiasm of the teachers made the tasks feel far from burdensome; instead, they completed every task diligently and with full commitment.

At the end of the program, a quiz and evaluation session were held, in which all participants took part actively. It is strongly hoped that similar activities will continue in the future, fostering sustained collaboration and capacity building among educators.
